For Community Engagement
ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Noel
THIS IS MY STORY
I was born and raised in Lebanon, PA. After high school I served in the U.S. Air Force from 2007 – 2011, stationed at Minot AFB, ND. During that time, I volunteered to deploy in support of Operation Enduring Freedom at Bagram AB, Afghanistan. I was awarded the Air Force Achievement Medal for my volunteerism and excellence in service.
After the military I moved to Reading, PA to finish school. I completed my B.S. in Accounting in 2019 and my MBA - focused on community engagement and economic development - in 2020. Now I work in the accounting department of a pro audio sales rep company in the reading area.
A CAREER WITH PURPOSE
I chose a career path in accounting with the intentions of becoming a forensic accountant. I chose this path because I have had a broad range of experiences that bring effective and efficient perspectives to the table. I have seen the various inequities that exist in the U.S. and PA. I have held labor, retail, and office jobs. I served in the military. I've been homeless, transient, and stable.
I am a college graduate and a family man.

I truly believe that positive changes can happen and not be at the expense of the people. I am passionate about consumer protection, community engagement, and economic development. I supports local entrepreneurs over corporations the best he can.

Equality Meets Opportunity
MISSION STATEMENT
I strive to educate myself and commit myself to creating a positive impact on my community. I am not looking for power or a career. I am initiating a movement towards true equality and no more fear of our government and elected officials.
VISION STATEMENT
My vision is to be the change that we want to see in the world. The time for 'letting those who know best deal with the issues" has ended. Its time to let the people represent themselves
CORE VALUES
The first three of my core values emulates that of the U.S. Air Force. “Integrity First, Service before self, and excellence in all I do.” This means that I am honest and trustworthy, I take pride in the work I do, and I prioritize service to others over service to myself, and we strive to do it right the first time.

The last three core values come from observing the world around me and understanding what is lacking. Community, commitment, and respect are things that are lacking in today’s society and as an elected official I will ensure that our communities see our commitment to respecting each other across the board.
